My blackberry smoothie recipe is quick to make, versatile, and delicious! It’s a great way to start your morning, have something on the go, or when you need something nutrient-packed. This will take you about five minutes and is an easy cleanup! The measurements are also really easy to remember since the main ingredients require half a cup of everything.

You can add anything you want to this smoothie. Here are some examples:

  • A scoop of protein powder
  • Nut Butter is a healthy fat that adds a wonderful creaminess
  • A banana for creaminess and sweetness (the riper, the sweeter)
  • A handful of leafy greens such as spinach to sneak some extra greens into your day

Superman Blackberries are the best for this smoothie since they are seedless. Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of Superman Blackberries
  • 1/2 cup of yogurt
  • 1/2 cup of cold water
  • 1 tablespoon of honey (optional for sweetness)

Instructions:

  1. Add blackberries, yogurt, and water to a blender. You can add additional ingredients as well.
  2. Blend on high until smooth.
    • Add more water for a thinner smoothie
    • Add honey or other sweetener to taste
